What this is

Contracts Near Me reads public procurement files and reports, per trade and per state, how much was spent, which agencies spent it and which companies were paid.

Scope today

Two states of purchase-level data — Virginia and Florida, both fiscal year 2026 — plus a separate federal data set of prime contract obligations for fiscal year 2025. 20 trades are covered on the state side and 35 NAICS codes on the federal side.

The two states are counted differently. Virginia records an official commodity code on every purchase-order line. Florida does not, so the trade is inferred from the company's name. Those two things are labelled everywhere they appear and are never combined into one number.

What it does not do

  • It does not claim anything about your chances of being paid.
  • It carries no customer quotes and no user counts. The product is new and has none to report.
  • It does not bid, negotiate or represent you before any agency.
  • It publishes no figure that spans more than one state.
  • It does not estimate, model or project. Only what the source files record.

Who runs it

A small independent operation, run from New Jersey. Subscriptions are live and are billed through Stripe. There is no sales team and no call to book: everything the data can tell you is on these pages, and the files arrive by download link. How to reach the operator.

Corrections

If a figure here disagrees with the state's own file, the state's file wins. Send the record identifier and it will be checked against data.virginia.gov, myfloridacfo.com or usaspending.gov.
