Privacy Policy
What is collected, what is not, and who else is involved.
Effective August 16 2026. This version replaces any earlier one.
The short version
This site runs no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party cookies. It sets no cookies of its own. Browsing it does not create an account, a profile or a marketing record, and nothing you read here is logged against your identity. No personal information is sold or shared for anyone else's advertising, and none ever has been.
Information collected
When you only browse. Nothing beyond the ordinary technical information any web server receives in order to deliver a page, such as the requesting network address and browser type. It is not used to build a profile of you.
When you subscribe. Name, email address and billing details are collected by the third-party payment processor that handles the transaction. Card numbers are never received or stored by this site. What this site retains is the email address associated with the subscription and the record that the subscription is active, which is what is needed to give you access and to contact you about billing.
When you email. Whatever you choose to put in the message, kept only for as long as needed to answer it.
How it is used
Only to provide and bill the service, to answer what you send, and to meet legal and tax obligations. There is no marketing list, and subscriber email addresses are not used for unrelated promotion.
Others involved
A third-party payment processor handles subscription payments and applies its own privacy policy to the payment data it collects. A hosting provider serves the pages. No one else receives subscriber information, except where the law requires disclosure.
Retention
Subscription and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires them to be kept for tax and accounting purposes. Correspondence is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a copy of it, by writing to the address below. Because no advertising or tracking exists here, there is nothing to opt out of and no sale of personal information to refuse. Requests are answered as required under applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and, where it applies, the General Data Protection Regulation.
The government data on this site
The company names, agency names and dollar amounts published here come from records that government bodies publish themselves as public information. They are records of public spending, not private personal data assembled by this site. If your company appears in a figure you believe is wrong, write in with the record identifier and it will be checked against the issuing body's own file, which governs.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. No information is knowingly collected from children.
